Rudischhauser becomes part of the SPI Group

By joining the SPI Group, we are securing the future of our location and creating the basis for further growth – while maintaining the same quality and identity.

We at Rudischhauser have taken an important step for the future of our company: since the beginning of 2026, we have been part of Surgical Precision Instruments GmbH (SPI). With this merger, we are setting the course for sustainable growth and long-term stable development of our location in Tuttlingen.

As a family business founded in 1954, we have always stood for quality, precision, and reliability in medical technology. Today, we are managed by the third generation of the family—and these values will remain the foundation of our actions in the future. Operational responsibility will remain unchanged with our existing management, and our location in the Gänsäcker industrial park will also remain the same.

Why take this step? We are in a strong financial position and have a modern production facility that is almost paid off. However, if we want to continue to grow and invest in new technologies, processes, and markets, having a strong partner at our side is a decisive advantage. Within the SPI Group, we can leverage synergies—for example, in the areas of IT, quality management, and human resources. This creates efficiency, strengthens our competitiveness, and gives us additional clout.

For our employees, customers, and partners, this step means one thing above all else: continuity paired with new opportunities. We remain who we are—while gaining new perspectives for the future.

We look forward to walking this path together.
